And Stuart Pearce's Manchester City, are 16/1 to win the competition after beating Preston.

Ladbrokes spokesman, Nick Weinberg, said: "Spurs and City were the worst results in their respective books and cost us in excess of £90,000. Our misery was compounded by Keane (7/1) and Nugent (6/1) both scoring first, which resulted in a £25,000 pay out."

Chelsea remain 7/4 favourites to lift the cup.
