ALAN Curbishley is 2/1 favourite to be the next Premiership manager to part company with his club following Saturday's disastrous result.
The former Charlton boss had been priced at 6/1 in Ladbrokes' sack race betting alongside Wigan Athletic's Paul Jewell.
But his odds have been slashed after he saw his West Ham side go down 4-0 and was then given the dreaded vote of confidence.
Opposite number Alan Pardew has been eased from 12/1 to 16/1 after his men went three points clear of the Upton Park outfit.
Chelsea's Jose Mourinho is also out from 7/2 to 9/2 after he pledged his future to the club before Sunday's Carling Cup Final win over Arsenal.
Ladbrokes spokesman Robin Hutchison said: "Curbishley's shoes are not ones we would want to be in at the moment.
"To be played off the park by your nearest relegation rivals and then patted on the back by your chairman is seriously bad news."
